This engravable men's sterling silver medical alert identification bracelet weighs a hefty 77 grams, and is available in 8-inch and 9-inch lengths.
This medical alert bracelet is crafted in solid .925 sterling silver and features a 2 mm thick, engravable 1/2 inch (15 mm) wide ID plate, supported by solid (not hollow) 1/2 inch (15 mm) wide Cuban-links that are secured by a large lobster clasp.
The front of the ID plate features an etch-engraved medical alert star-of-life symbol, which can be accompanied by text engraving of up to 3 lines of important medical information. The back of the ID plate can also be engraved with up to 3 lines of additional medical information.
