All orders are processed in our New York City workshop before shipment.

Processing time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Made-to-Order Items
Processing time: 7–10 business days
Made-to-order processing includes:

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Shipping times begin once your order has been completed and picked up by the carrier.

Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Most engraved orders ship within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order items require 7–12 business days to process before shipment.
Can my engraving be rushed?
Rush engraving is not always possible. Some engraving methods, such as deep etch, take longer. Orders are completed in sequence, then polished, inspected, and packaged.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Can you ship one order to multiple addresses?
Each order ships to one address only. To ship to multiple locations, place separate orders. Shipping charges apply to each destination, and sales tax may apply.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Orders ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on your selected shipping method. If you have a preferred carrier, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and rates.
Will a signature be required?
Signature confirmation is required for Express and Next Day shipping. If unavailable, leave delivery instructions with your carrier.
My tracking shows shipped, but I haven’t received my order
Once a package is scanned by USPS, FedEx, or UPS, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Do you offer free shipping or discounts?
Yes. FREE U.S. shipping is available on orders over $50. Special offers and coupons are sent via email. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.
Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Yes. All APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority Mail only. See correct addressing format below:
