We ship out of New York City using USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx (Federal Express).

Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: Most engraved orders are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) of purchase. Orders with made-to-order items take 7-10 business days to process.
Question: I need my order rushed. Can my custom engraving be processed faster?
Answer: Unfortunately this is difficult to accommodate. We always try to complete engraving in the quickest time possible within 3 business days. The issue we face is that certain custom engraving jobs that require etch engraving to create texture, take over an hour to complete. With that in mind, there are several of these orders in queue for engraving on any given day. Once your order is engraved it must be polished then inspected for structural damage and packaged for shipment.
Question: How will I know if my order has shipped?
Answer: You will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
Question: Can you ship engraved items to multiple locations.
Answer: Each order will ship to a single location. However, if you wish to ship to multiple locations, you will have to place separate orders for each location as some destinations (NY State) will be subject to sales tax. Shipping to each location will be charged.
Question: What carrier will be delivering my order?
Answer: All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FedEx based on your selected shipping option.
Question: Do I have to be home to sign for my order?
Answer: If you have selected a Next Day or Express shipping option, a signature will be required. However if you are unavailable to receive the item, or if the item you have ordered is oversized and does not fit into your mail box, please leave a note with instructions to your carrier. Once delivered your package will be scanned confirming delivery, and you will receive a confirmation notice via email.
Question: I received my shipping notification but have not yet received my order?
Answer: Once orders are picked up and scanned by the USPS or FedEx we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, natural causes or other factors out of our control. Please call USPS customer service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or FedEx at 1-800-GoFedEx (1-800-463-3339) with your tracking number for immediate assistance.
Question: Do you offer free shipping or shipping discounts/ coupons?
Answer: Yes, we offer FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $50.00. On occasion special offers and coupons on other shipping options will be made available via email. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on coupons and special offers.
Question: Do you ship engraved orders to APO and FPO addresses?
Answer: Yes we do ship to APO (Army Post Offices for Army and Air Force installations) and FPO (Fleet Post Offices for Naval bases). All APO/FPO packages are shipped only through the USPS Priority Mail (see pricing chart). Although your package will be delivered to the appropriate military postal sorting facility within 1-4 business days, it will take additional time to be processed within the military postal system and be delivered to the recipient.
Approximate DoD (Department of Defense) transit times are listed as follows for USPS Priority Mail delivery to APO/ FPO locations once accepted by a sorting facility.
