    1. Returns of Engraved Orders and Customer Satisfaction

    At Sandy Steven Engravers, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of engraving and quality of products to meet the expectations of our valued and customers.

    Engraved Orders Cannot be Returned.

    With this in mind, to ensure our engraving meets our customer's expectations, we email engraving proof images for review and approval prior to accepting an engraving order.

    The engraving proof will show what the resulting engraving will look like on the item ordered (or item that has been sent in for engraving).

    Customers are welcome to request editing, should they feel that the engraving proof did not turn out as they had expected. We will do as many revisions to get as close to perfect as possible.

    We have been in business long enough to understand that sometimes (although very rarely) even we can make an error in engraving. If such an occurrence does happen and our engraving is not as what was represented in the approved proof, please email us and we will re-engrave and ship out a new order or replace that item at no additional charge.

    Products Purchased:

    Our product pages list dimensions, weights and other specifications with detailed images, for your reference.

    Once Engraved, Products Cannot be Returned.

    However, if you receive a product and notice structural damage, please email us and we will re-engrave and ship out a new order or replace that item at no additional charge.

    2. Exchanges of Engraved Orders

    Engraved Orders Cannot be Exchanged.

    However, chain sizes of engraved necklaces or bracelets can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, to ensure you have the perfect fit.

    If an item is received with structural damage, please email us and we will re-engrave a new order for you or replace that specific item at no additional charge.

    3. Cancellation of Engraved Orders

    We begin processing your order within 6-12 hours of you placing it online or by phone.

    Once we begin processing your order it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind, please email us immediately, and we will see if it is possible to accommodate your cancellation request.

    4. Credit Refunds (If Applicable)

    If you are returning a non-engraved item, you are approved for a credit refund.

    You may return your non-engraved order to us within 14 days of receipt and will receive a full refund of the purchase price of your order (less any paid shipping costs *).

    A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and processed through your bank within 5-7 business days.

    Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions about when the credits will be posted to your account.

    * Please note that any paid shipping costs associated with your order for priority shipping will NOT be refunded.

    Late or missing credits or refunds (If Applicable):

    If you have been authorized to receive a credit or refund but have not received it , please email us. We will immediately research the issue to make sure you receive your refund.
