Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in the U.S.
Engraved or made-to-order Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- At Sandy Steven Engravers, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of engraving and quality of products to meet the expectations of our valued customers.
- To ensure our engraving meets our customers' expectations, we email engraving proofs for review and approval before we begin processing the engraving of an order.
- The engraving proof will show what the engraving will look like on the item ordered.
- Customers are free to request revisions or changes to the engraving should the proof not turn out as expected.
- If we have made an error in engraving your order, please Email Us and we will re-engrave and ship out a new order or replace that item at no additional charge.
- If you receive a product and notice structural damage, please Email Us and we will re-engrave and ship out a new order or replace that item at no additional charge.
Exchanges of Chain Sizes.
- Chain sizes of engraved necklaces can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, to ensure you have the perfect fit.

Order Cancellation
Engraved and Personalized Products
- We begin engraving orders within 24 hours of a customer's approval of their engraving proof.
- Once we begin engraving your order, it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind, after approving your proof, please email us immediately, and we will see if it is possible to accommodate your cancellation request.
Made-To-Order Products
- We begin processing orders that contain made-to-order products within 24 hours of receiving the order, as items take between 7-14 days to manufacture.
- Once we begin processing your order, it cannot be canceled. If you change your mind, please email us immediately, and we will see if it is possible to accommodate your cancellation request.
Refunds and Credits
- You may return your non-engraved product to us within 14 days of receipt and will receive a full refund of the purchase price (less any paid shipping costs *).
- * Please note that any paid shipping costs associated with your order for priority shipping will NOT be refunded.
- A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment and processed through your bank within 3-5 business days.
